Welcome to Mora AI music. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
2. Description of Service
Mora AI music is an AI-powered music creation application. The App allows you to:
- Generate lyrics from your ideas and prompts using AI;
- Generate complete songs, with or without your own lyrics, using AI;
- Save and manage your generated creations within the App;
- Share your creations as permitted by the App.
An account is required to use the creation features. New accounts receive a limited amount of free usage quota, and additional quota or membership benefits may be offered from time to time at our discretion.
3. Accounts
You may create an account using an email address or a supported third-party sign-in method (such as Google). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- All activity that occurs under your account;
- Providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
You may not create multiple accounts to abuse free quotas or other benefits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in such abuse.
4. AI-Generated Content
Nature of AI Output: Content generated by the App (lyrics and music) is produced by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate, or free of similarity to existing works. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the prompts, lyrics, and other content you submit, and for your use of any generated content. You agree not to submit content that:
- Infringes the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit;
- Contains personal data of others without their consent.
Ownership: Subject to applicable law and to these Terms, you may use the songs you generate in the App for your lawful personal and commercial purposes. We claim no ownership of your submitted prompts or lyrics.
5. Quotas & Memberships
Creation features are subject to usage quotas, which may include free signup quota, daily limits, and membership benefits. Quota rules, pricing, and benefits may change at any time. Quotas have no cash value and are non-transferable. Where purchases are offered, they are processed through the applicable app store, and refunds are subject to that store's policies.
6. User Conduct
When using Mora, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes;
- Not attempt to crack, decompile, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the App or our servers;
- Not abuse quotas, automate requests, or circumvent usage limits;
- Not use the App to generate content that violates laws or third-party rights;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to monitor for abuse and to limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Mora application itself, including its design, logo, code, interface, and related brand assets, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, no license or right is granted to you in relation to the App.
8. Privacy Notice
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that your lyrics and prompts will be processed by our AI service providers to deliver the generation features.
9. Disclaimers
"As Is": Mora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding:
- The continuous availability of the service, including AI generation capacity;
- The quality, uniqueness, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content;
- That the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
Generation results may vary, and generation tasks may occasionally fail. Failed tasks may be retried or compensated with quota at our discretion where applicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Mora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or reputation resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
